Living with AmbianceThe villa, built in 1903 and situated in the quiet renovated Art Nouveau area, is located in the district of Striesen between Fetscherplatz and Stresemannplatz. Our residential area, located near the city centre and in one of Dresden’s nicest areas, has much to offer:
- 4 minutes to the tram stop (in any direction)
- Shopping opportunities and other attractions within close proximity
- Doctors and pharmacies
- 5 minutes by car or 10 minutes by tram to the historical city centre
- S-Bahn station Strehlen only minutes away by car. Or why not go by foot through the Großer Garten. From there you can take the train to Pirna/Saxon Switzerland or in the direction of Meissen.
The public park "Großer Garten", is just a few minutes away from us and in addition to being alluring during any season, offers further attractions such as Carola’s castle (Carolaschlösschen), the gatehouse, the palace and numerous other interesting niches, inviting visitors to linger. It is approx. 2 km to the Elbe River and only 2.8 km to the Church of Our Lady (Frauenkirche).
